As a (Senior) Consultant Experience Design (all genders) your tasks consist of the following:
- Shape strategies & roadmaps: Drive user-centric, data-driven digital commerce strategies and turn ideas into products and services that scale.
- Lead research & testing: Run interviews, surveys, A/B and usability tests – and turn insights into action.
- Bring ideas to life: Create journey maps, personas, wireframes, blueprints, and interactive prototypes that make complexity simple.
- Boost go-to-market: Craft smart go-to-market and communication strategies to launch digital services successfully.
- Inspire through workshops: Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions to align teams and spark solutions.
- Elevate customer journeys: Spot opportunities, optimize experiences, and keep the big picture in focus with data and market trends.
- Collaborate in agile teams: Work hand-in-hand with designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to deliver impact.
- Leverage AI: Explore generative AI and smart tools to power analysis, prototyping, and innovation.
