Als Lead Data Scientist übernimmst Du folgende spannende Aufgaben:

Du begleitest unsere Kunden auf ihrem Weg zu einem datengesteuerten Unternehmen und bietest so einen echten Mehrwert
Du überzeugst durch Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und baust so Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Stakeholdern und potenziell zukünftigen Kunden auf
Du hast stets den Überblick, steuerst Data-Science-Projekte für unsere Kunden und führst diese alleine oder im Team durch
Du kommunizierst und visualisierst Ergebnisse und leitest von diesen passende Geschäftsempfehlungen ab
Du entwirfst, erstellst und lieferst zusammen mit unserem Team aus Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers und Consultants, Lösungen für unsere Kunden
Du gehst gerne neue Wege, baust Data-Science-Kernkompetenzen innerhalb unseres Unternehmens mit auf und etablierst neue Kompetenzfelder

Das bist Du

Du verfügst über mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Beratungs- oder Branchenerfahrung und bist in der Lage, Thought Leadership in verschiedenen Data-Science-Bereichen umzusetzen
Darüber hinaus hast du eine Promotion oder einen Hochschulabschluss in einem quantitativen Bereich
Du bist eine praktisch veranlagte Person mit umfassenden Kenntnissen in Technologie, Tools und Coding (idealerweise python)
Du begeisterst uns mit Deinem analytischen und kreativen Verstand, mit fundierten technischen und datenwissenschaftlichen Kenntnissen
Du bist eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit nachweisbaren beruflichen Erfolgen und hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Führung von Teams und im Projektmanagement
Als exzellente:r Kommunikator:in bist Du im ständigen Austausch mit Stakeholdern, dem Team und der Öffentlichkeit
Du bringst eine hohe Ergebnis- und Kundenorientierung mit und bist bereit projektbedingt zu reisen
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens B2) und Englisch

As a Lead Data Scientist you will take on the following exciting tasks:

You accompany our clients on their way to becoming a data-driven company and thus provide real added value
You convince with your communication skills and thus build business relationships with stakeholders and potential future customers
You are always on top of things, managing data science projects for our clients and executing them alone or as part of a team
You communicate and visualise results and derive appropriate business recommendations from them
You design, create and deliver solutions for our clients together with our team of data scientists, data analysts, data engineers and consultants
You enjoy breaking new ground, helping to build core data science competencies within our company and establishing new areas of expertise

Who you are

You have at least 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience and are able to implement thought leadership in various data science areas
You also have a PhD or a university degree in a quantitative field
You are a hands-on person with extensive knowledge of technology, tools and coding (ideally python)
You inspire us with your analytical and creative mind, with sound technical and data science skills
You are a strong leader with a proven track record of professional success and have experience in building and leading teams and project management
As an excellent communicator, you are in constant communication with stakeholders, the team and the general public
You are highly result- and customer-oriented and willing to travel for projects from time to time
You speak fluent German (at least B2) and English
