- Organizational and governance transformation
- AI-enabled operating model integration
- Agile and hybrid organizational models
- Organizational and team coaching (e.g., agile ways of working, collaboration models, team effectiveness)
- Performance and KPI frameworks for executive management
- Tool enablement and workflow optimization
Your responsibilities
- Analyze existing organizational and operating models
- Design structures, governance frameworks, and role models
- Contribute to AI transformation initiatives and impact assessments
- Develop performance measurement systems and management dashboards
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and decision documents
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders
- Lead workstreams within larger transformation programs
