Senior Consultant Organizational Excellence & Transformation (all genders)

As a Senior Consultant, you take responsibility within transformation programs and contribute from analysis through implementation. You work at the intersection of organization, technology, and business performance.
Your focus areas may include:
  • Target Operating Model design
  • Organizational and governance transformation
  • AI-enabled operating model integration
  • Agile and hybrid organizational models
  • Organizational and team coaching (e.g., agile ways of working, collaboration models, team effectiveness)
  • Performance and KPI frameworks for executive management
  • Tool enablement and workflow optimization
You work closely with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and data to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.

Your responsibilities
  • Analyze existing organizational and operating models
  • Design structures, governance frameworks, and role models
  • Contribute to AI transformation initiatives and impact assessments
  • Develop performance measurement systems and management dashboards
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and decision documents
  • Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Lead workstreams within larger transformation programs

Who you are

  • 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable strategic in-house role
  • Experience in at least one of the following:
    • Organizational design or operating model transformation
    • Agile transformation
    • Performance management systems
    • Digital or AI transformation
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Affinity for technology and its organizational implications
  • Confident communication skills in client-facing environments
  • Fluency in English and German
Ideally, you also have:
  • Experience in large-scale or regulated environments
  • Certifications in agile, coaching, change, or transformation frameworks
  • Interest in contributing to the development of our practice
