As a (Senior) Consultant Experience Design (all genders) your tasks consist of the following:
- Own strategy to execution: Turn company strategies into clear product and service roadmaps, shaping visions that balance user needs and business goals – from strategy to delivery.
- Lead programs & projects: Take responsibility for portfolio, program, and project management – steering budgets, timelines, risks, sprints, and releases, while tracking progress every step of the way.
- Drive requirements & backlog: Define and prioritize requirements, write user stories, manage the product backlog, and align closely with development teams to maximize business value.
- Bridge business & IT: Translate strategy into technical requirements, manage vendors from selection to evaluation, and ensure clear contracts, KPIs, and strong collaboration.
- Engage stakeholders: Communicate vision and roadmaps, run workshops, align clients, management, and tech teams – acting as the go-to contact point.
- Apply technical expertise: Leverage your IT architecture know-how to advise on technical decisions, prioritize technical needs, support platform and infrastructure choices, and keep systems healthy.
- Stay market & customer focused: Track market trends, gather user feedback, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to continuously improve product and service success.
- Leverage AI: Stay curious about generative AI and AI-powered tools, using them for data-driven insights and driving innovation across projects.
