Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams in Hamburg, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Bilanzbuchhalter (all genders) mit erster Führungserfahrung in Vollzeit. Deine Aufgaben lassen sich wie folgt skizzieren:

Du kümmerst Dich um die finanzbuchhalterische Bearbeitung von mehreren Unternehmen und Beteiligungen, einschl. Nebenbücher und Anlagenbuchhaltung
Die Verbuchung und Abstimmung von Bank- und anderen Sachkonten, sowie Intercompany-Verrechnung (Abstimmungen, Verzinsungen) übernimmst Du eigenständig
Du kümmerst Dich um die Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen / ZM
Du bist Ansprechpartner/in für Steuerberater, Finanzbehörden und WP
Du leitest ein kleines Team an und unterstützt bei fachlichen Fragen
Die Mitarbeit bei Budgetplanung, Forecast und Ermittlung des Cashflows runden Deinen Aufgabenbereich ab

Du bist ein Zahlengenie und Jahresabschluss-Prüfungen sowie Konzernbuchhaltung lassen Dein Herz höher schlagen? Neben einer hohen Eigeninitiative und einer unternehmerischen Can-Do Mentalität zeichnen Dich folgende Eigenschaften aus:

Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt oder Bilanzbuchhalter, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Langjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Buchhaltung eines mehrstufigen Konzerns bringst Du ebenfalls mit
Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von kleinen Teams gesammelt
Du bist Abschluss-sicher; sei es bei der eigenständigen Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen für Kapitalgesellschaften oder bei der Konsolidierung nach HGB
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Datev- und NetSuite-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Exzellente Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Must-have
Du überzeugst durch Dein Organisationsgeschick, Teamgeist und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

What you will find with us

To support our finance team in Hamburg, we are seeking an experienced accountant (all genders) with initial leadership experience to join us full-time as soon as possible. Your responsibilities will include the following:

You will be responsible for the financial accounting of several companies and holdings, including subsidiary ledgers and asset accounting.
You will independently handle the posting and reconciliation of bank and other real accounts, as well as intercompany settlements (reconciliations, interest payments).
You will be responsible for preparing advance sales tax returns/ZM.
You will lead a small team and provide support with professional questions.
You will be the contact person for tax advisors, tax authorities, and auditors.
Your responsibilities will be rounded off by assisting with budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow determination.

Who you are

Are you a whiz with numbers who gets excited about year-end audits and group accounting? Along with plenty of initiative and a strong can-do spirit, you also bring the following qualities to the table:

You have a commercial training background and have successfully completed further education as a tax specialist or certified balance sheet accountant, a degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
You bring several years of hands-on experience in the accounting department of a multi-tier group.
You’ve already gained some first experience leading small teams.
You’re confident in closing processes – whether preparing monthly and annual financial statements for corporations on your own or handling group consolidations under HGB.
You’re proficient in MS Office; experience with Datev and NetSuite is a plus.
Excellent German and good English skills are a must-have.
You stand out with your organizational talent, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
