What you will find with us

We are looking for reinforcement for our rapidly growing Financial Services sector. As a Partner in our Financial Services tribe, you will be at the forefront of providing innovative solutions, play a central role in building and maintaining long-term relationships, and driving transformation in the financial services sector.

You will work closely with our clients to develop tailored digital transformation strategies and ensure their successful implementation. Additionally, you will lead industry-specific system implementations, acting as the bridge between business and IT. Your responsibilities will extend to the strategic expansion of our customer portfolio in the Financial Services sector. You will identify new business opportunities, establish long-term, trusting relationships, and help our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the development of our service portfolio, which is tailored to the current demands and trends in the industry.

Who you are

University degree
Extensive industry experience (banking and/or insurance) and deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and key challenges for financial institutions
Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
At least ten years of professional experience in consulting and/or relevant project experience
Proven sales track record of 3 to 6 million
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
In-depth knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit)
Strong leadership skills
Reliable sales network
Innovative mindset and willingness to take on responsibility
Consultant-typical willingness to travel
Fluent in German and English

Als Experte in diesem Bereich bietest du an vorderster Front innovative Lösungen, spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen und treibst die digitale Transformation im Finanzdienstleistungssektor voran.

Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden maßgeschneiderte digitale Transformationsstrategien und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung. Zudem steuerst Du branchenspezifische Systemimplementierungen und agierst dabei an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT. Deine Verantwortung erstreckt sich auf den strategischen Ausbau des Kundenportfolios im Bereich Financial Services. Du identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und hilfst unseren Kunden, die digitale Transformation erfolgreich zu meistern. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios, das auf die aktuellen Anforderungen und Trends in der Branche zugeschnitten ist.

Das bist Du

Hochschulabschluss
Umfassende Branchenerfahrung (Banking und/oder Insurance) sowie tiefes Verständnis von Branchentrends, regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen und zentralen Herausforderungen für Finanzinstitute
Leidenschaft für Digitalisierungsfragen und Informationstechnologie
Mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungsbereich und / oder entsprechende Projekterfahrung
Nachweisbarer Sales in Höhe von 3 – 6 Mio
Strategische sowie unternehmerische Denkweise
Exzellentes Verständnis für kaufmännische Kernprozesse
Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Beratungsmethoden und -werkzeuge, idealerweise Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) und IT-Management-Zertifikate (z.B. ITIL, Cobit)
Starke Führungsqualitäten
Zuverlässiges Vertriebsnetz
Innovationsfreude und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
